Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality,
Pursuant to Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 4, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency,
At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Head of the Science and Training Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department - Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Quality Control and Food Safety Management Bureau;

Article 1. The "Technical Standards for Determining Food Dyes" are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Directors of the Office, Inspectorate, Heads of the Departments of Science and Training, Legal Affairs, Preventive Medicine - Ministry of Health, Director of the Quality Control and Food Safety Management Bureau, Directors of Provincial and Municipal Health Services under the Central Government, and Heads of units subordinate to the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
