ISSUING THE LIST OF TEMPORARILY PROHIBITED FISHERY AREAS FOR THE YEAR

BASED ON THE LAW ON AQUATIC RESOURCES dated November 26, 2003;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE LIST OF TEMPORARILY PROHIBITED FISHERY AREAS FOR THE YEAR AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE LIST OF TEMPORARILY PROHIBITED FISHERY AREAS FOR THE YEAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE AND ABOLISHES ANNEX 4 PROVIDING TEMPORARILY PROHIBITED FISHERY AREAS FOR THE YEAR ISSUED WITH CIRCULAR NO. 02/2006/TT-BTS DATED MARCH 20, 2006 GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DECREE NO. 59/2005/NĐ-CP DATED MAY 4, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IN SOME SECTORS OF AQUATIC RESOURCES; ABOLISHES THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 4 ISSUED WITH CIRCULAR NO. 62/2008/TT-BNN DATED MAY 20, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SOME CONTENTS OF CIRCULAR NO. 02/2006/TT-BTS.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AQUATIC RESOURCES, THE CHAIRMAN OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS, THE HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN AQUATIC ACTIVITIES IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
