CIRCULAR
Issuing the Rules of Detention Facilities for Convicts
Pursuant to the Criminal Enforcement Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 30, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defence;
At the proposal of the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department under the Ministry of National Defence;
The Minister of National Defence hereby issues this Circular on the Rules of Detention Facilities for Convicts.
Article 1. This Circular annexes "The Rules of Detention Facilities for Convicts".
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 132/2012/TT-BQP dated December 7, 2012 issued by the Minister of National Defence on the Rules of Military Detention Camps.
Article 3. The Deputy Chief of General Staff, Director of the Political General Department, Heads of departments and units under the Ministry of National Defence, relevant agencies, units, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
The Director of the Criminal Investigation Department is responsible for organizing the implementation and monitoring compliance with this Circular./.
