Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province (Report No. 1058/TTr-UBND dated March 20, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Report No. 764/TTr-BTĐKT dated June 4, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Confer the title of National Vanguard Fighter upon
1. Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Director of the Fisheries Department of Ben Tre Province;
2. Mr. Nguyen Quang Tri, Director of the Culture and Information Department of Ben Tre Province,
For outstanding achievements in the patriotic competition movement, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
