List of animal feed and raw materials for animal feed
imported into Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the management of animal feed;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
DECISION:
Article 1. The following are hereby promulgated together with this Decision:
1. List of raw materials for animal feed imported into Vietnam according to quality requirements.
2. List of animal feed and raw materials for animal feed imported into Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 01/2006/QĐ-BNN dated January 6, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on "List of animal feed and raw materials for animal feed imported into Vietnam."
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, individuals within the country, and foreigners engaged in importing animal feed and raw materials for animal feed into Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
