Regarding the conferment of the title of National Labor Medal
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Awards and Honors dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Awards and Honors dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Awards and Honors and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Awards and Honors;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province (Proposal No. 19/TTr-UBND dated May 22, 2008) and the Director of the Central Award and Honor Board (Proposal No. 897/TTr-BTĐKT dated June 27, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Confer the title of National Labor Medal on Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thien, Head of the Party Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee of Ca Mau Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province, the Director of the Central Award and Honor Board, and Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thieu shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
