Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

To correct the content of the photograph section in the certificate of completion of the construction valuation business training and enhancement program in Appendix No. 1 issued together with Decision No. 01/2008/QD-BXD as follows: The phrase "photograph 3x4 (with embossed stamp of the training institution)" was printed incorrectly; it should be "photograph 3x4 (with stamp of the training institution)."

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Construction Economics,

DECISION:

Article 1. To correct Decision No. 06/2008/QD-BXD dated April 18, 2008 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of certificates for construction valuation engineers as follows:

Article 2. 1. On page 1 of the engineer certification form in Appendix No. 1 issued together with Decision No. 06/2008/QD-BXD, the phrases "Certificate number: (*)" and "Issue date:" were printed; these shall now be printed on page 2 as per the attached appendix.

2. In Point b, Clause 2, Article 7 of Decision No. 06/2008/QD-BXD, the phrase "Directly performed at least five cost management consulting tasks for construction projects (tasks No. 1, 2, 5, 6, and 8 as stipulated in Article 3 of this Regulation...)" was printed incorrectly; it should be "Directly performed at least five cost management consulting tasks for construction projects (among the tasks No. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8 as stipulated in Article 3 of this Regulation...)."

This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of institutions providing training and enhancement programs for construction valuation business, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. Nguyen Thanh Minh
