- Trucks with a design load capacity from ten tons to under eighteen tons and container trucks of twenty feet must pay a single trip fee of 40,000 VND per trip and a monthly pass fee of 800,000 VND per month (Article 1)
- Trucks with a design load capacity of eighteen tons or more and container trucks of forty feet must pay a single trip fee of 80,000 VND per trip and a monthly pass fee of 1,600,000 VND per month (Article 1)

Regarding the issuance of the toll rates for using the Trung Ha Bridge on National Highway 32

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents therefor;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document No. 660/BGTVT-TCKT dated March 4, 2002);
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Toll Rate Table for the Trung Ha Bridge on National Highway 32.
The subjects applying the toll rates for the Trung Ha Bridge issued pursuant to this Decision shall comply with current regulations.
Article 2. The toll revenue from the Trung Ha Bridge, after deducting the costs of collection as prescribed and repaying the interest on loans for constructing the Trung Ha Bridge according to the loan agreement, the remaining fees must be fully remitted to the State budget in accordance with the provisions applicable to bridges and roads funded by the State budget. This Decision takes effect from August 1, 2002.
Article 3. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to collect tolls for the Trung Ha Bridge, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
