Regarding the issuance of the toll rates for using the Trung Ha Bridge on National Highway 32

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decision No. 78/2002/QĐ-TTg dated June 17, 2002 of the Government Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 170/1999/QĐ-TTg dated August 19, 1999 encouraging overseas Vietnamese to transfer money back to Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Based on the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 660/BGTVT-TCKT dated March 4, 2002);
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1: The attached Table of Toll Rates for using the Trung Ha Bridge on National Highway 32 is hereby issued along with this Decision.
The subjects applying the toll rates for the Trung Ha Bridge issued along with this Decision shall comply with the current regulations.
Article 2: The proceeds from the tolls collected for the Trung Ha Bridge, after deducting the costs of collection as prescribed and repaying the interest on loans for building the Trung Ha Bridge according to the loan agreement, the remaining fees must be fully remitted to the state budget in accordance with the regulations applicable to bridges and roads funded by state budget funds.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from August 1, 2002.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to collect tolls for the Trung Ha Bridge, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
