DECISION
ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF FOREIGN INVESTED BUSINESS CLUBS INTO VIETNAM ASSOCIATION OF DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENT ENTERPRISES
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of Foreign Invested Business Club, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the transformation of Foreign Invested Business Club into Vietnam Association of Direct Foreign Investment Enterprises.
Article 2. The Vietnam Association of Direct Foreign Investment Enterprises shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The Vietnam Association of Direct Foreign Investment Enterprises shall finance its own operations and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Direct Foreign Investment Enterprises, the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations and the Director General of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
