DECISION
Approving the Charter on organization and operation
of the Parent Company - Vietnam Steel Corporation

PRIME MINISTER
Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 153/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the management organization of state-owned corporations and the transformation of state-owned corporations and independent state-owned enterprises into the Parent Company - subsidiary model;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2005 of the Government on the implementation of rights and obligations of the state owner towards state-owned enterprises and the Decree No. 86/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of the Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 266/2006/QĐ-TTg dated November 23, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the project to transform Vietnam Steel Corporation into operating under the Parent Company - subsidiary model;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Steel Corporation.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving with this Decision the Charter on organization and operation of the Parent Company - Vietnam Steel Corporation.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies attached to the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Board of Directors of Vietnam Steel Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
