Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Ratification, and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Angola in the field of education and training signed in Hanoi on April 30, 2008.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date when the Agreement comes into effect.
Article 3. The Ministry of Education and Training shall take the lead and coordinate with related agencies to implement the Agreement./.
