Regarding the correction of the Regulation on coordination in inspection work, examination, and prevention and suppression of corruption of the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued together with Decision No. 831/2006/QD-BKH dated August 16, 2006 of the Minister of the Ministry of Planning and Investment

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2003/ND-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the proposal of the Inspector General and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Article 16 of the Regulation on coordination in inspection work, examination, and prevention and suppression of corruption of the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued together with Decision No. 831/2006/QD-BKH dated August 16, 2006 of the Minister of the Ministry of Planning and Investment as follows:
Previously printed as: "This Regulation replaces the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 313/2004/QD-BKH dated March 30, 2004 of the Minister of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and shall take effect from the date of signature."
Amended to read: "This Regulation replaces the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 313/2004/QD-BKH dated March 30, 2004 of the Minister of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, and the Heads of the subordinate units of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
