Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 1404/UBND-VX dated November 7, 2006 of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province and the historical site dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. Classification of national monuments: The Place Where President Ho Chi Minh Stayed and Worked at Khau Ty Hill in Dien Mac Commune, Ding Ha District, Thai Nguyen Province in 1947
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the historical site is ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical site The Place Where President Ho Chi Minh Stayed and Worked at Khau Ty Hill in 1947 within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Thai Nguyen Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
