DECREE

Regarding the amendment and supplementation of certain Articles of the Investment and Construction Management Charter issued together with Decree No. 42/CP dated July 16, 1997

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Considering the proposals of the Ministers of Construction, Planning and Investment, Finance,Đầu tư, Tài chính,

DECREE

Article 1. Issued together with this Decree are certain amended and supplemented provisions of the Investment and Construction Management Charter issued together with Decree No. 42/CP dated July 16, 1996.

Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Minister of Construction shall take the lead in coordinating with the Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, and the Heads of relevant Ministries and sectors to be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of the amendment and supplementation of the Investment and Construction Management Charter issued together with this Decree.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Boards of Directors of State-owned Corporations are responsible for implementing this Decree.
