DECREE

NO. 92/SL OF AUGUST 2, 1949

PRESIDENT

VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries;

Pursuant to Decree No. 119 dated July 9, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of National Education;

Pursuant to Decree No. 225 dated November 28, 1946 appointing senior officials of the Ministry of National Education;

At the proposal of the Minister of National Education;

In accordance with a resolution of the Council of Ministers;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1- Mr. Hoang Thieu Son is hereby permitted to resign from his position as Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.

Article 2- The Minister of National Education shall implement this Decree accordingly.
