Due to typographical errors in the typing process, the Ministry of Finance requests to amend certain points in Decision No. 66/2004/QĐ-BTC dated August 11, 2004, issued by the Minister of Finance on the issuance of guidelines for the procedures and formalities for issuing government bonds, government-guaranteed bonds, and local government bonds as follows:
- - Office of the President of the StateIt is proposed to amend Section "1.6", Clause 2, Article 14 to read as Section "2.6”.
- It is proposed to amend Clause "4" of Article 14 to read as Clause "3”.
- - Office of the President of the StateIt is proposed to amend Clause "2" of Article 19: "Annually, the issuer must settle accounts for the revenue from bond issuance in the year, the principal and interest payments, and related issuance costs" to read as Clause "3”.
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs the relevant agencies for their information when implementing this decision./.
