Due to typographical errors, the Ministry of Finance requests corrections to certain points in Circular No. 77/2004/TT-BTC dated August 4, 2004, issued by the Minister of Finance, guiding the financial management mechanism and disbursement of the Poverty Reduction Project in the Central Region, as follows:

  • It is proposed to amend "Central Bank" at Section 4.2.1.2, page 8 to read "State Treasury Central Office".
  • It is proposed to amend "Agricultural and Rural Development Bank" at Section 5.2.1.1, page 11 to read "National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development".

The Ministry of Finance hereby informs the relevant agencies for their information when implementing this circular./.
