CIRCULAR

Repealing part of legal normative documents on military affairs and national defense

 issued by the Minister of National Defense The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to repeal part of legal normative documents on military affairs and national defense issued by the Minister of National Defense

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;

Based on Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

Article 1. Repeal part of legal normative documents on military affairs and national defense issued by the Minister of National Defense

1. Repeal item number 130 of Appendix 01 promulgated together with Circular No. 52/2018/TT-BQP dated April 13, 2018, of the Minister of National Defense on abolishing certain legal normative documents on military affairs and national defense issued by the Minister of National Defense, jointly promulgated.

2. Repeal Article 7 of the Financial Management Regulations for revenue-generating activities at military budget units issued together with Decision No. 3365/2001/QĐ-BQP dated December 17, 2001, of the Minister of National Defense; amended and supplemented in Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision No. 178/2007/QĐ-BQP dated November 29, 2007, of the Minister of National Defense.

1. This Circular takes effect from August 26, 2018.

Article 2. Effective Date

2. The provisions of Article 1 of this Circular shall be implemented from June 1, 2018.

The Head of the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of departments and units under the Ministry of National Defense; relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
