DECREE
Regarding the amendment and supplementation of certain provisions of the Bidding Regulations issued together with Decree No. 43/CP dated July 16, 1996
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposals of the Ministers of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Construction, and Trade,
DECREE
Article 1. Issued together with this Decree are certain clauses for amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Bidding Regulations issued together with Decree No. 43/CP dated July 16, 1996.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Minister of the Ministry of Planning and Investment shall take the lead in coordinating with the Ministers of the Ministries of Construction and Trade, heads of relevant ministries and sectors to be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of the amendment and supplementation of the Bidding Regulations issued together with this Decree.
Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Boards of Directors of State-owned Corporations shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
