RESOLUTION
ON SIMPLIFYING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND CITIZEN DOCUMENTS RELATED TO POPULATION MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs,
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To approve the Plan for Simplifying Administrative Procedures and Citizen Documents Related to Population Management within the Scope of Government Functions of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs attached hereto.
Article 2. The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs is tasked, within its jurisdiction, to lead and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies in revising, supplementing, replacing or abolishing administrative procedures and citizen documents prescribed in legal normative documents to promulgate according to its authority or submit for approval by competent authorities in accordance with the completion and operation timeline of the National Population Database.
Article 3. The Office of the Government is tasked to monitor, inspect implementation and compile difficulties encountered by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and relevant ministries, agencies to promptly report to the Prime Minister for resolution during the execution of the Plan for Simplifying Administrative Procedures and Citizen Documents approved in this Resolution.
Article 4. This Resolution takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Resolution./.
