PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Article 20 of the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992,
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, and the Minister, Head of the Government Organizational-Cadre Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board shall manage Ba Dinh Square, maintain and repair the sidewalk system, drainage, care for trees, grass, flower gardens, ensure public sanitation in the area of the Square, Mausoleum, and reception zones.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe People's Committee of Hanoi City shall be responsible for transferring organizational structure, staffing, and all necessary assets and facilities to enable the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board to continue performing the above tasks.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are abolished.
The Head of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, and the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government-affiliated agencies concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
