PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province, the Sports Committee, and the Personnel Organization Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Departments of Physical Education and Sports of Dong Nai, Quang Nam, and Tra Vinh based on separating the state management functions related to physical education and sports from the Department of Culture, Information, and Sports of each province.
Article 2. The Chairpersons of the People's Committees of Dong Nai, Quang Nam, and Tra Vinh Provinces shall define the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of their respective provinces.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
The Minister and Head of the Sports Committee, the Minister of Culture and Information, the Director of the Personnel Organization Board of the Government, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of Dong Nai, Quang Nam, and Tra Vinh Provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision.
