Regarding the Government's Action Program to Implement the Resolution of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Ninth Central Committee of the Party
Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Party, Ninth Term
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 07/2002/NQ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government;
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Government's Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Ninth Central Committee of the Party attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Councils of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
