DECISION
Approving the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Hanoi City
under the People's Committee of Hanoi City
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Hanoi City (Circular No. 18/BC-UB dated April 4, 2005),
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Hanoi City as set out in the attached Appendix.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City shall be responsible for directing:
- Implementing the restructuring and modernization of directly subordinate state-owned enterprises in accordance with the approved content and schedule.
Transfer the Hanoi Investment and Development Corporation, the Hanoi Import-Export and Production Joint Stock Company, the Vietnam Ha Production, Business and Service Investment Company, and the Hanoi Clean Water Trading Company to operate under the parent company-subcompany model.
- Restructuring the Soc Son Forest Farm in accordance with Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 on restructuring, modernizing, and developing state-owned forest farms.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and other relevant ministries shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Hanoi City in implementing this plan in accordance with current regulations.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development is responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this plan, and at the same time recommending to
Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Previous Decisions that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
