Pursuant to Decision No. 29/2008/QD-BNN dated January 28, 2008 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Quality Management Agency for Forestry and Aquatic Products;
Pursuant to Decision No. 117/2008/QD-BNN dated December 11, 2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the Inspection Regulations and Recognition of Aquatic Product Production and Business Establishments Meeting Food Safety and Hygiene Conditions;
At the proposal of the Head of the Aquatic Product Food Quality Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing templates for inspection records, guiding inspection methods, and guiding the classification of food safety and hygiene conditions for:
- Aquatic raw material purchasing establishments;
- Aquatic processing establishments;
- Independent ice-making facilities serving preservation and processing of aquatic products;
- Fish ports;
- Fish markets;
- Fishing vessels (excluding processing activities);
- Aquatic cold storage facilities;
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Head of the Aquatic Product Food Quality Management Department, Directors of Regional Quality Control Centers for Forestry and Aquatic Products, and Heads of Provincial/Ancillary Quality Management Agencies for Forestry and Aquatic Products are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
