DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
On the dissolution of advisory and inter-ministerial coordination organizations
established by the Prime Minister
PRIME MINISTER
Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 34/2007/QĐ-TTg dated March 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the establishment, organization, and operation of inter-ministerial coordination organizations;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs (Report No. 1898/TTr-BNV dated July 3, 2007),
DECISION:
Article 1. Dissolve the following inter-ministerial organizations established by the Prime Minister:
1. The National Steering Committee for Clean Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation, established by Decision No. 138/TTg dated March 7, 1996, The Prime Minister.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall take over, organize, and manage the current staff, financial resources, and assets of the Steering Committee in accordance with the law.
2. The Steering Committee for Implementing the Project to Construct the Central Office of South Vietnam Historical Site, established by Decision No. 987/1997/QĐ-TTg dated November 21, 1997, The Prime Minister.
3. The Advisory Council for Compiling the History of the Anti-French Resistance War of the People and Army in the Left Bank of the Red River Region, established by Decision No. 309/QĐ-TTg dated April 27, 1998, The Prime Minister.
4. The Working Group for Drafting the Pilot Program on State Capital Participation in Member Enterprises, established by Decision No. 1119/QĐ-TTg dated December 1, 1999, The Prime Minister.
5. The Steering Committee for Drafting the History of the Government of Vietnam from 1945 to Present, established by Decision No. 54/2000/QĐ-TTg dated May 19, 2000, The Prime Minister.
