APPROVING THE FRAMEWORK PRICES FOR REHABILITATION TECHNICAL SERVICES AND IN-PATIENT TREATMENT DAYS FOR DISEASES AND GROUPS OF DISEASES TREATED AT THE PROVINCIAL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL TO BE COVERED BY HEALTH INSURANCE PAYMENTS

+ Pursuant to Article 41 of the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees 1994;
+ Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated August 27, 1994 of the Government on collecting part of hospital fees; Decree No. 33/CP dated May 23, 1995 of the Government amending Point 1 of Article 6 of Decree No. 95/CP and Circular No. 14/TT-LB dated September 30, 1995 on guiding the implementation of the collection of part of hospital fees;
+ Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Fees and Charges; Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC dated July 24, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance on guiding the implementation of legal provisions on fees and charges; Circular No. 9464/TC-CSTC dated August 30, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance on announcing the list of fees and charges that have been guided to continue implementation;
+ Pursuant to Decision No. 102/2002/QĐ-BYT dated January 14, 2002 of the Ministry of Health on issuing the list of rehabilitation technical services and diseases and groups of diseases treated at medical facilities and rehabilitation hospitals to be covered by health insurance payments;
+ Considering the proposal of the Joint Department of Health - Finance & Pricing at Report No. 27/TT-LS-TCVG-YT dated January 9, 2003;

Article 1
:Approves and promulgates this decision with the framework prices for rehabilitation technical services and in-patient treatment days for diseases and groups of diseases treated at the provincial rehabilitation hospital to be covered by health insurance payments.
Article 2
:The Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee Office, Director of the Department of Finance & Pricing, Director of the Department of Health, Directors of other Departments, Heads of provincial agencies, Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities, Social Insurance of the province, Director of the Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
This decision takes effect from the date of signature.
