Regarding the revocation of Decision No. 74/2000/QD-BNNPTNT/KHCN
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department - Product Quality Control, and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 74/2000/QD/BNN-KHCN dated July 14, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development "Temporarily suspending the production of imported fertilizer blends at all localities nationwide."
Article 2. Assign the Science and Technology Department and Product Quality Control the responsibility:
- To organize a review of the scientific basis for imported compound fertilizers (fertilizers blended from Sulphate Ammonia and Potassium Chloride).
- To continue organizing inspections of the production facilities for the aforementioned imported fertilizers.
- To compile and report on the above contents to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and relevant ministries and sectors for coordinated handling.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department and Product Quality Control, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
