Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Head of the Ministry's Office.

Repeal Decision No. 58/2003/QĐ-BNN dated May 5, 2003 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the issuance of the Regulation on receiving, processing information and documents; drafting, commenting, reviewing, appraising, signing for approval, issuing, managing, and archiving documents of the Ministry.

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 2. The Head of the Office is tasked with coordinating with the heads of relevant units to draft the Regulation on Receiving, Processing, and Managing Documents and Information of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for submission to the Minister for signature and promulgation.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Legal Department, and the heads of subordinate units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, and the heads of the subordinate units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
