Regarding: adjustment of toll rates for National Highway 51

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 441/TTg dated July 2, 1996 of the Prime Minister on financial plans for National Highway 51, National Highway 14, and Lang-Hoa Lac Road;
Pursuant to document No. 371/CP-KTTH dated April 12, 1999 of the Government on handling toll collection for National Highway 51;
After reaching consensus with the Minister of Finance Nguyen Sinh Hung on April 20, 1999.
DECISION:
Article 1. Temporarily adjust the toll rates for National Highway 51 to replace the previously issued toll rates under Decision No. 3267/1998/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 8, 1998 of the Minister of Transport. The details are set forth in the attached table. After completion of the project, the Minister of Transport will reach consensus with the Minister of Finance to determine the official toll rates.
Article 2. This decision takes effect from April 25, 1999. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Financial Accounting Department, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the General Manager of Highway Management Zone 7, the Director of Highway Management and Repair Company 711, and those responsible shall implement this decision.
