Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Development Bank (Proposal No. 187/TTr-NHPT dated January 18, 2008) and the Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 115/TTr-BTĐKT dated January 10, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to three units that have excellently completed all tasks and led the patriotic competition movement in 2007 of the Vietnam Development Bank (attached list).
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Development Bank, the Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward, and the units named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
