Pursuant to Decree No.: 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No.: 68/2005/QĐ-BNN dated November 7, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Information Technology and Statistics Center;
Pursuant to Decision No.: 98/2003/QĐ-BNN dated September 4, 2003 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Office;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center, and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer of tasks
Transfer the information technology tasks specified in Clause 9, Article 2 of Decision No. 98/2003/QĐ-BNN dated September 4, 2003: "Management of wide area computer networks serving leadership guidance work; management of the application and development of information technology of the Ministry" from the Office to the Information Technology and Statistics Center.
Article 2. Handover and acceptance
1. The Director of the Office shall be responsible for handing over to the Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center for acceptance: information technology tasks, technical facilities, files and documents, funds, information technology projects, and other related matters of the aforementioned information technology tasks belonging to the Office.
2. After handover and acceptance:
a) The Office shall continue to manage: the website www.mard.gov.vn; software, equipment, and databases serving the work of the Office and agencies using administrative funds managed by the Office.
b) The Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center shall arrange the newly accepted unit into the current organizational structure of the Center.
3. Departments under the Ministry shall guide the two units to carry out the handover and acceptance according to the current regulations of the State based on their functions.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Abolish Clause 9, Article 2 of Decision No. 98/2003/QĐ-BNN dated September 4, 2003 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Office, and any previous provisions that conflict with this Decision.
Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation
The Director of the Office, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center are responsible for implementing this Decision.
