THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 2472/TTr-UBND dated July 11, 2006 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province and the dossier on the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments: The Architectural Art Relic Hoieu Dong Xa Thuong Mausoleum, Hien Thuy District, Thua Thien Hue Province
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map delineating the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural art mausoleum Hoieu Dong within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thua Thien Hue Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
