Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province.

Article 1. Approves the Scheme for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises under the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province as follows:
1. Maintain the following companies and forest enterprises:
- Dak Glei Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company (with dependent forest enterprises: Dak Poko, Pine Forest, Dak Ba);
- Ngoc Hoi Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company (with dependent forest enterprises: Duc Nong, Salaong);
- Dak To Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company (with dependent forest enterprises: Dak To, Quang Trung, Ngoc Linh);
- Sa Thay Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company (with dependent forest enterprises: Sa Thay, Mo Ray, Se San);
- Kon Plong Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company (with dependent forest enterprises: Mang Canh I, Mang La, Tan Lap);
- Kon Tum Forest Enterprise.
2. Split Dak Ray Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company into two units: Dak Ray Investment and Development Forest Industry and Service Company (with dependent forest enterprises: Mang Den, Dak Ruong) and Dak Ray Protected Forest Management Board.
3. Establish the Dak Ang Protected Forest Management Board.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decide to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to companies, forest enterprises, and protected forest management boards in accordance with the local forestry development plan and relevant laws on land, protection, and development of forests.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and other related ministries shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province in implementing this Scheme.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province and heads of related agencies shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
