Regarding the expansion of the scope for piloting administrative reform under the "single window, single stamp" mechanism
for districts and counties within Ho Chi Minh City
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City at the report number 490/UB-NC dated February 13, 1997, and the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and the Minister-Chairman of the Office of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permitting the expansion of the scope for piloting administrative reform under the "single window, single stamp" mechanism for districts and counties within Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, and government agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
