THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP dated March 5, 2010 on civil servant training and development;
Pursuant to Circular No. 03/2011/TT-BNV dated January 25, 2011 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Government Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant Training and Retraining Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision is the Program for training the rank of Senior Specialist, including:
1. The Program for training the rank of Senior Specialist;
2. Guidance materials for implementing the Program for training the rank of Senior Specialist.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Heads of relevant agencies, Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directors of the Department of Cadre and Civil Servant Training and Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
