Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/QĐ dated July 18, 2003 of the Government regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

This Decision issues the Regulation on the Combination between Universities and Research Institutes under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Training and Scientific Research attached hereto.

This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette..

Article 1. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Directors of the Science and Technology Department, the Rectors of the Universities, the Directors of the Research Institutes, and the Heads of the units directly under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Heads of the Science and Technology Department, the Rectors of Universities, the Directors of Research Institutes, and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
