THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information; The Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering Proposal No. 2472/TTr-UBNB dated July 11, 2006 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province and the dossier on cultural relics;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments: Architectural Art Relic Van Van Mausoleum, An Thuy Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map delineating the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.
Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural art relic Van Van Mausoleum within their assigned tasks and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Thua Thien Hue Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
