The Ministry of Finance hereby corrects the effective date of Circular No. 88/2003/TT-BTC dated September 16, 2003 guiding the implementation of Decision No. 182/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 5, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of government bonds for investment in certain important transportation and irrigation works as follows:
Section 1 Part III. Implementation: "This Circular takes effect from the date Decision No. 182/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 5, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of government bonds for investment in certain important transportation and irrigation works comes into force"
We now propose to amend as follows:
"This Circular takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette"
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs you of this amendment when implementing.
