DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

On the classification of national monuments

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Considering the Report No. 2472/TTr-UBNB dated July 11, 2006 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien-Hue Province and the dossier of the relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Relic Ranking:

ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT

SÁC TÁC ALTAR

THUAN HOA WARD, HUE CITY, THUA THIEN - HUE PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map delineating the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics ranked in Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Sác Tác Altar within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the National Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien-Hue Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Thua Thien-Hue Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
