Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
To continue implementing Directive 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 of the Government Prime Minister;
Appoint the following individuals as members of the National Financial and Monetary Policy Advisory Council:
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Kien - Director General of the General Department of Customs to serve as Chairman of the Anti-Smuggling and Commercial Fraud Steering Committee (Committee 853/TW) replacing Mr. Phan Van Dinh;
Appoint Mr. Vuong Dinh Khanh, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Railways Joint Stock Corporation to serve as Member of the Central Committee 853.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central city administrations, and those named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
