REGARDING THE ISSUE OF REGULATIONS ON PROTECTING STATE SECRETS IN THE PLANNING AND INVESTMENT SECTOR

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
CWHEREAS, THE STATE SECRET PROTECTION ORDINANCE OF DECEMBER 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 61/2003/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 6, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT;
BASED ON CIRCULAR NO. 12/2002/TT-BCA(A11) OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2002 OF THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DECREE NO. 33/2002/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 28, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT DETAILING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE SECRET PROTECTION ORDINANCE;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "REGULATION ON PROTECTING STATE SECRETS IN THE PLANNING AND INVESTMENT SECTOR".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF THE BUREAUS, THE HEADS OF THE AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE PLANNING AND INVESTMENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
