国务院主席第005/SL号命令 1959年1月28日
越南民主共和国国家主席
鉴于1948年6月13日发布的第198-SL号令，规定建立和修改行政单位边界的程序；
鉴于1955年2月22日发布的第221-SL号令，成立红广区；
考虑调整红广区边界有利于人民生活和地方工作的领导；
根据内务部长的提议，并经政府委员会同意；
现发布命令如下：
条一
以前属于红广区的东 Trieu 县，现归还海阳省。
条二
内务部长负责执行本命令。
