条一： 本决定附带颁布“快速检测食品安全卫生质量规范”。
条二。 本决定自签发之日起生效。
条三。 各位：办公厅主任、监察长、各司司长（科技教育司、法制司、预防医学司—国家卫生健康委员会）；食品安全卫生质量监督管理局局长，各省、直辖市卫生健康委员会主任及部属各单位主要负责人负责执行本决定。
