第107号命令 1950年6月16日
越南民主共和国主席
根据1948年11月19日第254号命令，在抗法战争时期组织人民政权；
根据1948年1月25日第121号命令，任命南方中部行政抗战委员会委员；
根据1948年1月25日第126号命令，确认黎廷atham先生为南方中部行政抗战委员会主席；
根据1949年12月31日第150号命令，规定内务部关于管理各行政抗战委员会的权限；
遵照内务部长的建议；
现发布如下命令：
第一条： 批准黎廷atham先生（主席）和阮文Chi先生（委员）辞去南方中部行政抗战委员会职务的请求。
第二条： 内务部长根据本命令执行。
