越南民主共和国政务院总理发布
越南民主共和国内阁总理
根据1945年11月22日第63号命令组织人民政权；
根据1947年5月1日第47/SL号法令组建越南国家军队总指挥部；
鉴于总指挥的提议，经国防部长同意；
现发布如下命令：
条一
任命少将黎设雄为全国军队监察总长。
条二
任命陈子平为全国军队副监察长。
条三
各国防部长和越南国家军队总指挥应执行本命令。
