根据1947年2月26日第23号指令和1948年5月28日第193号指令，在经济部设立工业生产委员会；
鉴于当前需要；
依照经济部部长的建议；
经政府委员会决议，并经国会常设委员会同意，
发布如下指令：
条1- 现取消经济部工业生产委员会。
条2- 经济部部长依照本指令执行。
