社会主义共和国越南主席
根据1992年《越南社会主义共和国宪法》第一百零三条和第一百零六条；
根据 法律 根据《组织法》第七十八条； 国家 （2016年12月26日国务院令第55号）
根据《制定规范性法律文件条例》第五十条的规定，
现予公布：
1. 《禁毒法》；
2. 《保险业经营法》；
已由越南社会主义共和国第十届全国人民代表大会第八次会议于二〇〇〇年十二月九日通过。/。
