第115号命令 1952年9月9日

越南民主共和国主席发布

越南民主共和国主席

根据1949年12月18日第138-B/SL号命令，成立政府监察委员会；

根据1951年7月13日第41-SL号命令，任命阮文珍先生担任政府监察委员会副总监察员；

依据总理府的提议；

按照政务院决议，

 

现发布命令如下：

条一- 现任命阮文珍先生，现任副总监察员，在政府监察委员会中担任总监察员职务，以取代已故胡廷茂。

条二- 总理府根据本命令执行。
